£100 deposit should be sent to Fiona Boult on booking and the balance of the rental should arrive two months before the rental date commences. In case of cancellation the deposit will only be refunded should your rental period be able to be reallocated. In that case a £20 handling fee will be deducted. A security deposit of £250 is also required, also payable 2 months before the rental date. This is refundable less any breakages/damages and the cost of telephone calls.

Rental start and finish dates are flexible. The studio is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Luggage can be left after/before flight by arrangement.
